Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I recently enjoyed my four-night stay in a King Suite with an accessible bath tub. The room was quite spacious, though the bed could use an upgrade. Breakfast options could improve, but I appreciated the generous hours. Be sure to arrive before 9 AM for fresh food!

Family with kids will love this place!

Had this wonderful experience where the kids just loved the pool. The breakfast was better than I expected, waffles and pancakes just hit the spot!

Now, it wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was a good deal for what we got.

We had a great time in our Two Queen Bed Suite. the kids loved the arcade and relaxing in the hot tub after exploring the area. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind as well. The only minor hiccup was that the breakfast options could've been better, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊

we had a wonderful stay at comfort suites! the location was perfect for our trip from syracuse to new york. the pool was a big hit with the kids after a long drive. the friendly staff made our stay even better and breakfast was delicious.

Family travelers beware

So we had this surprisingly decent experience but let me tell you the room was spacious and we had this amazing mini fridge that kept everything cold which saved us a lot of time not running for ice anymore also breakfast was pretty solid they had these waffles you could make yourself and that cranberry juice was shockingly refreshing I mean usually you get that watered down stuff but this was good.

However it wasn’t inexpensive but I guess for the amount of space and convenience it was still acceptable.

Had a fantastic group trip! We explored the Mohegan Sun Pocono and hit the slopes at Montage Mountain. The spacious suites were perfect for hanging out with friends after a busy day. Be ready for lively kids above, but overall a great experience.

One downside, though, my room keys were a hassle and kept stopping working, which was annoying to deal with.

The spacious room was beautifully decorated and very accessible for senior guests like me. I appreciated the comfortable seating in the lobby, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends.

The location of Comfort Suites is excellent, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. The check-in process was efficient, and parking was ample. The hot tub offered a great way to unwind after a long day, and the arcade kept the kids entertained.

Some breakfast items were not at the proper temperature, and the bathroom had poor sound insulation.

However, the sheets in our room were noticeably wrinkled, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. The room layout was comfortable but standard for this brand.

Couple's not-so-romantic getaway

Check in was quick and efficient. we were even showed how to hold the key card to unlock the room door. the room was spacious and clean.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable. I expected more.

my stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had delicious, freshly made waffles and a variety of pastries. this made my day tour much more enjoyable compared to my last experience in scranton.

Great for a family trip

The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Air conditioning kept things cool. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs, bacon, and waffles. The attentive staff made the experience even better. Free parking was a big plus too.
